Your privacy is respected by Naata Travel & Adventures. In good faith, we don’t rent or sell any of the information you give us. We make every effort to protect the confidentiality and security of the information you provide to us.

We are also anti-spam and do not buy or rent information from any third parties. If you receive information from Naata Travel & Adventures, it is because you have asked to hear from us, you have entered a competition and agreed to join our mailing list, or a friend/colleague has requested it on your behalf.

At any time you can be removed from any or all of our databases and receive no more information from us.

Impact on the natural environment and the people who live off its resources. We enforce a number of do’s and don’ts for our customers and staff when out in the wilderness. We always stay in solar-powered lodges when possible, but if not, we discourage showers and boiled water for drinking. We never use bottled mineral water, and we suggest putting on an extra layer of clothing rather than another log on the fire! We only use gas or kerosene when camping, we avoid shortcuts through hillsides and fields to prevent erosion, and we are extremely conscious of disposing of litter that our groups produce in an ecologically sound way.

What personally identifiable information is collected by Naata Travel & Adventures? Visitors may supply personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email address or telephone numbers) for various purposes on this site or directly to our offices. These purposes include registering to receive e-mail newsletters, requesting further information about our trips, making a booking or simply asking a question about Naata Travel & Adventures. We do not collect personal information from you unless you provide it to us. This means that you can visit our site without telling us who you are or revealing any personally identifiable information about yourself.

How is the information used?

When you supply information about yourself for a specific purpose, we use the information for only that purpose (i.e., to provide the service or information you have requested). We do not divulge any information we gather from you to any third party without your prior consent. If making a booking with us, additional information will be required for operational reasons.

Further, personally identifiable information is only accessed by Naata Travel & Adventures employees on a “need to know” basis. Credit card details are NOT stored in our database when you book or buy products on our site.

IP numbers are used to determine domain type and in some cases, geographic region. We do not make any association between this information and a visitor’s identity.

The information is used by Naata Travel & Adventures to build anonymous behavioral profiles. These profiles are used to ensure that our site content is relevant and appropriate for the majority of users. Again, there is no association to the user identity.

Naata Travel & Adventures uses cookies as you visit pages on the site to facilitate some functions. Cookies allow Naata Travel & Adventures to gather anonymous click-stream information. Himalayan Glacier does not set persistent cookies to track return visitors, and all cookies expire within 24 hours.
