Overview

Nepal is well known hub for tourists seeking bungee and swing. The most popular one is near the Tibetan border above the raging Bhotekoshi River. The bridge built on a gorge at a height of 160m above the river makes it even more interesting. The other one is at Pokhara which is relatively less high but nevertheless stimulating.

The swing from the same bridge above Bhotekoshi also gives us an option to swing. It is the world’s highest swing. The thrill that comes from a free fall of 100 meters at 150km/hr amid green hills over fast flowing river will surely give you an adrenaline rush like none other. And because candlelight dates and beach vacations are too mainstream, you can also attempt tandem swing with your partner.

I was excited to try bungee jumping and the swing, but I found the experience to be a bit overpriced. Then I found Naata Travel and Adventure, which offered a vast range of services at a reasonable price. And I undertook this adventure with them. I felt absolute freedom. Much recommended.

This year, I tried to challenge myself and inner me. I was usually not one for extreme adventure, but I decided to give bungee jumping a try.
